These services are delivered digitally and are typically applied to the customer’s account within 24 hours. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and explains our process for handling disputes and refund requests.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms stated below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are not issued once a service begins processing. Fulfillment typically starts within 1 to 6 hours of payment confirmation, depending on order volume and server load. Once processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

If your order has not started processing within 24 hours, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at the email provided below. We will verify the order status. If the service has not yet begun, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

Orders placed with incorrect URLs, usernames, or platform handles are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted in the following cases:

  • The order has already started or has been completed successfully.
  • You provided an invalid, expired, or unauthorized payment method.
  • You breached our Terms of Service through misuse, manipulation, or system abuse.
  • Your claim lacks evidence or is based on general dissatisfaction without factual support.
  • You failed to follow usage instructions or misunderstood the nature of the service.
  • You initiated a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above. SocialTeal is not responsible for changes in social media platform policies that may affect service visibility or retention.

Refund Process

Valid refund requests must include the following:

  • Your complete order number.
  • Your name and email address are required when placing an order.
  • A clear, factual explanation of the issue.

Refunds are considered only if we confirm that the order has not begun and the payment was unauthorized. We review each case carefully. If the criteria are met, we process the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are not granted for delayed delivery if the order is still within the expected time window (up to 24 hours). Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund if approved.

For security reasons, we do not issue refunds to alternate accounts or new payment methods.

Compensation Policy

We do not offer partial refunds. However, if there is a delivery issue such as low retention, partial drops, or failure to meet the expected quantity we offer:

  • A full refill of the service at no cost
  • A bonus service of equal or greater value to resolve the issue

To request a refill or bonus, please email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will confirm the service status and respond within 24–48 hours.

Our goal is to deliver accurate and reliable results. If you experience service drops or unexpected behavior within 7 days of order completion, let us know, and we’ll review it promptly.

Fraudulent Transactions

We take payment abuse and fraud prevention seriously. Attempts to exploit our system through:

  • Fake or temporary virtual credit cards (VCCs)
  • Stolen or unauthorized payment credentials
  • Use of VPNs to mask location during payment
  • False chargeback claims without prior contact

These actions include:

  • Permanent bans from SocialTeal services
  • Blocking of IP addresses linked to fraudulent activity
  • Reporting the case to banks, payment processors, and fraud prevention networks

Chargeback abuse is treated as a violation of our service agreement. If you have a genuine dispute or concern, contact our team before opening a chargeback. We work with customers to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
